Happy Thanksgiving!

Turkey in the yard Pica got me out of bed this morning to announce that our neighborhood turkey was in fact in our front yard. I’m sure he would be thankful to know that our feast this evening consisted of dal and rice.

  2. Hope tells me that since the dog park closed on 8th St, gangs of turkeys have taken over. In her dramatist’s eye, they play out scenes from West Side Story as they roam from park to street to retirement trailer park.
