That the houses have no souls? -- religion and science teach me this. That the developers show no heart when they toss up what these others deride as "ticky tacky houses" after the popular song of the 1950s? This is often true. This picture was taken a couple of weeks ago in my front yard in Muncie, Indiana (USA). I saw a monarch butterfly flitting around, so I chased it for awhile with my camera. I'm still amazed that I was able to take a photo of such beauty in my neighborhood.
Excellent visions. Bill: Your photo stirs me to mention my recent interest in "gaps". I've been exploring this topic somewhat in my personal photography, looking for views which are revealed by the breaks in the houses, down alleys, through the trees, etc. I think I will add that to the list of future topics.
