Dear folks,
I 'know' some of you via Fragments, some are familiar from the lists at either Rebecca Blood's Bloggers of Place or Chris Corrigans list of like-minded bloggers. Greetings all.
Just want to offer this information to you, and hoping you will be interested in participating.
A small number of 'place bloggers' are working to create a community within this quiet part of the blogosphere where we can share, discuss and educate, and give a clearer voice to those of us who are not pundits or technogeeks (at least not all the time) and sometimes write about 'place' (as we hope to define that as our community grows). The final form this 'portal' will take is in its early stages of formulation.
Please indicate by return email if you would like your name to go on the list we are now putting together of 'place bloggers'. If you are on the list, we will be sure and notify you when we have a rudimentary site set up and ready for a trial run of posts, discussion, comments, images, and the like. Being on the list confers no obligation and the list will be internal for now, with further opportunities to be included or excluded as things grow.
